capitec cant help. other banks do help. why cant you

Good day I have an debit order on my Capitec acc, that i know nothing of, its called indreamreward, i went into the bank self, they cant stop it, after sitting there for how long, then i called TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE which is NOT FREE, and guess what they cant help me either. The best they can help me with is to tell me i must close my bank acc and open a new one. this is ridiculous, i have 2 small business and now i must close my bank acc, what kind of bank is this, but they never late to take fee's....... but help me????no they can't. so either i sit with the debit order that i dont know anything off, or close my acc, i don't think this is fair or right. If i didn't authorized it how can they allow it anyway
