Capitec can't give me a loan of a larger amount.

Dear Capitec Bank

Last year i was approved for a loan of R7 000 payable in six months.i decided to make it five months.

I settled the loan in five months as promised,but now when I am trying to apply for a bigger amount Capitec is declining me that I do not meet Capitec requirements/ assessment and says i can only qualify for a credit facility of R5 000 but the amount i want is R100 000 .

Can some1 please explain to me what requirements are you looking for,because i never skipped paying my accounts and they are never in arrears and i always pay on time.

I feel Capitec is not taking care of us as your clients, you will get customers that are banking with different institutions and gets approved big loans and yet they have same requirements as me. I trust Capitec bank with my salary why cant you do the same and trust me with a loan

I am truly disappointed .
