Capitec cant get dates right poor service

I have been a capitec client for about 5 years now, had and stil have loans and even a credit card with them.

My problem started a year ago, my loan debit orders goes of when it wants, phoned them to correct my debit order dates and guess what still the same.

Today on the 14th my loan debit order went of again....early debit order apperently....phoned them to correct it i was told to go to the branch.,,i fid not give any permission for this go happen....

Capitec your service really sucks, i left absa for capitec but your even more worthless

Im done you wil never ever have me as a client again, i want to be in controll of my money so i wil find a bank that will give me full control
