Capitec can't find my money

Please be careful with Capitec Business Bank.

A large amount was paid into my account more than 2 weeks ago but quite incredibly they "can't find the money". Despite providing them with the proof of payment there has been no progress on this matter. It may be better to bank elsewhere, with a bank that can process a simple transaction when money is coming into an account.

This may be hard to believe but it is a true story.

There does not seem to be any problems with money going out, only with money coming in.
