Capitec can't be trusted

I have received R2800 from a stranger through capitec bank , the sender made a mistake and send the money into my account therefore my debit order debited that money , now the money have been returned to the send at 2023 after a month , Capitec have been investigating my case since 2023 and my account is not working because there's a stop status on my capitec account, I've been asking capitec to open or close my account because I have a money which is allocated on capitec account but I can't get it because my they need a bank statement or a proof that my account have not been working for almost 3 years now , please help your family not to use capitec because when you come across to problems like this you can't get help , capitec is so *********** please avoid using capitec by all means
