Capitec cannot stop my payment or return it-

<p>On the 26th May at 13H27pm I accidently EFT money into a FNB account and upon realsing this I went to my bank to request the money to be either stopped. To my horror the agent at the bank has no clue what to do and then he decided to call the head office who advise him it will take 7working days for the issue to be sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>The next day i contacted the call centre and was advised by an agent (Simeon-ticket ***) that the branch should have stopped the payment.On Friday, 27th May Capitec deducted a R106 from my account as recall payment which they still can not gaurantee my money will be refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had so much praise for Capitec, but conveniently the Agent failed to assist me and request assistance from his branch manager.I was then told Capitec would not be able get my money back.</p> <p>My huge disappointment is that if the agent were to assist me in the branch , the situation would be different.I called the Call Center again and spoke to a Team Leader - Viwe, who advised there log my complain with the branch and it will take 2-3 working days to complete.</p> <p>This is ********** and inexcusable and the worse is that an Agent confirming infornt of a client that he has no clue what to do.</p> <p> </p>
