Capitec cannot give reason for declining credit application even though abundance of disposable income.

I have been with capitec for years, they can literally see my income every month and that I have disposable income more than enough for the Credit application I app**** for. I do not make credit at all except for my monthly debit order for medical aid and they see this go down without a hitch every month. Yet I apply for a small personal loan and my request gets denied and they give me no reason as to why. I even take it out over the minimum 7 months because I plan to pay it quick if they had a less than 7 month option I would take that, that is even enough reason as to know I have disposable income. I send them required documents plus they have access to my account and see the amount that goes in every month. Yet they decline me without a reason. I would like to escalate this matter and for someone at capitec to relook this application because I find it unacceptable, there is no reason for the declining hence why Capitec could not even give one.
