CAPITEC CAN NOT BE TRUSTED

On the 26th April I paid capitect loan trough the transfer to avoid them debiting my account and on the 29th they qent in and debited again and I went into their branch and requested they reverse the transaction, I was promised the money will be tranfered back to my account with 24 hours with reference ***. 24 hours later I'm told the refund was not approved. Bear in mind the account was not in arrears and no reason is being given just total arrogance.
