I would never recommend this bank for loans, you settle a loan and then it shows an amount in arrears months later, which affects your credit score. I have been coming to this bank for the same issue since last year and all I get is a run around telling me to submit endless paperwork or statements, I submit all documents requested and no feedback, INC***. Resolve this!
