CAPITEC BUSSINESS IS A FAILURE

Good morning I would like to know my wife has a bussiness account with Capitec she made a payment to her Capitec account from the Bussiness account to her personal account it has now been two days the money has not reflected in her personal account talking to a bussiness banker they tell us its been esculated but nothing has been done to assist my wife. I think for the inconvenience I will have to advise my wife to go to another bank.
