Capitec business won't re-open my account

This one star I have chose there I wasn't supposed to .I did it so that I can be able to write this review . I opened a capitec business account and I added my personal capitec account number there .so another day I noticed that there is something wrong I changed my logins and I saw that there were transactions made there and my personal capitec account number wasn't there .I was confused later I learnt that my business account was stopped .I sent an email to capitec last year and didn't get any help .so I sent another one today .these transactions I do not know of them hence there were not even made with my phone .the problem I did was to add my emails address to other people's phone the time I didnt have a phone and now when I have opened my business account I saved my password and logins pm my email .little did I know that someone that I know can login and such things with my account. I eve told capitec that if they had a facial scanning everytime a person needs to login using another phone this would have been avoided .now the capitec people are telling me that they can't open my account because of this .mind you I asked for funding somewhere and those people are open now that it's January and I can't change my banking details now last minute. They are not even telling me to go and do a affidavit at the police station they are just telling me that the account will remain stopped. It's sad very sad .
