Capitec business very very Bad

This capitec business merchant is very very frustrating, last week I complained about my funds being held by the bank due to ***** suspicious but after providing what they needed till today nothing has been done. One of the complaints agent from the bank called me that they are attending to my issue but nothing no help at all, this Bank is really bad to me and I am warning people out there who are banking with capitec business.
