Capitec business useless

I am with Capitec Business, firstly their online banking hardly ever works and when it’s does I get kicked out after 3 entries and my login details stop working then you have to call them which is a story on its own, to get hold of Capitec business bank, they put you on hold for an hour and once you get through they cannot help. How do you preach bout providing relationship banker but to get hold of one takes forever.

Capitec business you have lost a client, I’m moving to a bank that knows what they doing cause clearly you guys are a make believe company
