Capitec business untimely credit small business money from Capitec branch atm that went out of order when depositing

Your branch atm went out of service when I was deposit my business money. Remember you said your business bank is for small business ,from Sunday till today my business don’t have stock money because of your own atm worse a branch atm but you still investigating while it did take my money and my business can’t run because R3000 is gone to your atm and didn’t went to my account . Your own atms . Very disappointed I want this be resolved otherwise this means your business banking is not for us small fish
