Capitec Business: The Worst Banking App To Ever Exist

Capitec Business Banking is possibly the worst bank I have ever used, and trust me I have used them all.

On payday weekend, I have to sit with my fingers crossed and PRAY that your app actually logs in. After 3-5 attempts, I might finally gain access to your platform, and then it's just a matter of time before the whole thing crashes and I have to start from the beginning.

Every single thing is a mission on the Capitec Business Banking App. You would think adding a beneficiary would be easy? Think again. Me and the "BadError" notification are now best friends - today I tried over 8 times to add a beneficiary and got this notification every time. I then tried to do it via my laptop, and in order to approve a new beneficiary, you have to use the disgusting phone app which, guess what? Crashed again and again.

To make matters worse, your helpline tells me to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix pretty much every problem that I have. Surely there is an actual fix that can be done? Because that is just ridiculous?!
