Capitec business sucks

Capitec business bank, I ordered and paid for a card machine gave all the details you needed, I have a small business, food truck that I run on the odd weekend, so obviously the food truck stand at my house which means the business address and my address is the same. Capitec business would not send me the card machine I already paid for because I don’t have a business address, then the guy tells me they have to do a site inspection to confirm I work from home. So Capitec business bank has time to send people out to do site inspections to send me a 499 card machine( and yes I did send my personal proof of address) Then when I say cancel everything and refund what I paid, I asked when payment will be refunded they not at liberty to say. Capitec business if your bank is not for the small business owner then say so, stop making me jumps through hoops to please you. I’ve done all my business banking with you for years now and the longer it goes on the more I realise I need to move to a more capable bank. Not once since I started banking with Capitec business has anyone called me to offer my business assistance or just a hello or how’s the business doing.
