Capitec Business ****s

I opened 2 business accounts with them and service is poor. I requested for the closure of the 2 business accounts and signed all the documents they sent. They haven't paid my money back which is the balance on both accounts. They've been lying to me saying a banker will call me but nobody is calling. I don't encourage anyone to open a capitec business account.
