Capitec business is a mess

The Capitec Business banking app is the most horrible app and online network to use. I have struggled for the past two days after opening a business account. Having to authorize every payment and creating benificiaries is a struggle. Sending messages to get things solved also has to be checked before sending it to someone who can help me. I haven't been able to access my account and this is a nightmare.
