Capitec Business gives EXTREMELY poor service.

This is the Business bank - disgusting service. I made a mistake and paid amounts into 2 Capitec accounts in error from Capitec Business. I notified Capitec straight away, and they said that I had to complete a form, which I did. 5 days later, they asked me for proof of payment, which I sent them straight away. 10 days later I asked them what was happening, and they said that they couldn't get the funds back. I think they only did it 5 or 6 days later. If they had done it when I sent the form in, the funds would have been returned. In addition to this, their Forex handling is stupid. They phone me (I am busy and often in meetings, so I lose out if I miss their call), then they send a form, and then the following day they pay out the funds. Sadly, Standard Bank is better.
