Capitec Business card masjiene

Have Capitec Business account with card masjiene as this help if eft and cash is not options Yesterday had 2 transaction 1 Had Problem and client end up going to his bank other sipw and was approved

Got email last night said ***** detected and must send proof of documents witch i did but no call no explanation nothing they withhold my money .if call they cant tell me what the problem is or when it will be resolved.Lady working with inquiring is not in office and dont answer my emails .

Will never use card masjiene if this is what happend supposed to trust it as its secure .

If something is wrong call me but nothing just email and no response bad service
