Capitec Business banking site and app - a big mess

THIS IS FOR CAPITEC BUSINESS BANKING, PLEASE FORWARD I have not been able to log into my business account since 10 August 20233 - 3 months- both on the laptop and on the app. CAPITEC BUSINESS have failed to remedy this. I also was put onto USSD because the PIN system does not work. The new Capitec Business banking site and app are a disgrace. I am able to log into my account and transact via the old Mercantile site – works perfectly. What happens when the old site is taken down – I can’t access my business accounts? PS: I moved my business accounts to Mercantile / Capitec Business because the private banking Capitec site and app are awesome - which I now regret.
