Capitec business banking/*****

I'm extremely disappointed with Capitec and their whole business bank. I have been told that I will be getting a call back from their ***** department and I am yet to receive a call. No one seems to be able to help me with my issue, they just give me the same generic responses and they have been very little help. They randomly put a pause on our business bank account after we made the deposit and when i told them I urgently needed that money i am told " we understand your frustration" but nothing is happening
