Capitec Business Banking
Capitec business banking gives me a headache. It's stuck in a loop at the OTP screen. I've reset, reloaded the page, and reapp****...nothing helps.

16 Jan 2025, 08:35Thank you Capitec for taking the time to actually assist with this request. I appreciate the calls and concerns and willingness to resolve. I have now successfully managed to open the account. (There are some hiccups regarding the OTP and also the face recognition - it doesn't tell you how to correctly position your face and after many attempts it finally worked - a bit frustrating, I almost cancelled the application again) but it finally worked. So, thank you. Absolutely thrilled that all this could be done online, and once the process is successful the account is opened immediately without any paperwork. For me that's fantastic. Thank you Capitec.
