Capitec Business Bank tanks on customer service.

Worst Business bank in the country ! Terminating my account because I requested to convert my business bank account from a sole prop to a PTY with relevant paperwork asked for by YOU (Capitec) Will all the issues I have experienced, downtime, app updates making online banking useless for hours on end ... Promises to call the client, and not doing so, and vague emails which no one can decipher... doesnt say much when other banks offer the same services at the same fees with more credibility. I have never, ever been a risk to Capitec. You just dont like me calling you out on bad service and customer care, which quite frankly isnt my issue, its Capitec !
