Capitec Business Bank Sucks Big Time!

I've app**** more than a month ago to have my business address changed. I've sent proof of address, a selfie with my id, copy of my ID, everything that they need. NOTHING!!! I keep on phoning, keep on writing emails, chat with them on the bank app and I've sent various secure messages on the bank app, they don't even reply. They don't respond, just say it will be done, when I talk to them and still NOTHING!!!!! I'm going to another bank now!
