Capitec Business Bank not a bank for small businesses

I opened a Capitec Business account because my experience with Capitec has been very good. It was the worst decision ever ! It is very very annoying to create a beneficiary. There is a lot of red tape to make a payment. You cannot buy prepaid electricity for your business nor pay your municipal account ! It takes a few seconds to do that on my Nedbank business account. There is more but i don't have the time to list all of them. The bottom-line is that the bank did not research a product they offer. I cannot buy airtime for my employees. If Capitec Business is only for BIG businesses the must say so ?
