CAPITEC BUSINESS BANK IS ABSOLUTE PATHETIC AND ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
For the past two weeks now I have been trying to open a Capitec Business account. Every time they send me a password to enter it reads account not active The service is absolutely PATHETIC IT'S ACTUALLY A COMPLETE DISGRACE

22 Mar 2024, 14:09Since my report on 19 March a Keanu Scharneck tried to phone me but I could not answer as I was driving
He then send me a email to which I responded, but to date I have had no further correspondance from Capitec Business
Going on for three weeks since I tried to open a business account
Is this the real attitude and how they treat new clients that has just won a big tender
WELL YOUR DESIGNATED OFFICIAL FAILED TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM
PLEASE ESCALATE TO MANAGING DIRECTOR OR CEO WITH PROPER AUTHORITY TO SORT OUT MY ISSUE
