Your authentication process is an own goal. The browser does not allow you to cache your details or credentials. Once you have recaptured your banking details in the browser, the browser sends you to the Banking App to verify before logging on. The Banking App takes so long to respond that the browser session has already timed out. You start the process again and you repeat the same stoopid steps. After numerous attempts you are successful, voila. Don’t open the champagne just yet!! Now you try to transact on this hopelessly unstable platform after performing all the preceding authentication checks. You attempt to actually perform a transaction and yes …. no …… now you have to wait for an OTP. The OTP takes so long to arrive that the browser has already logged you out . You have achieved nothing

This is not a business bank? This bank will put your business out of business.

Mercantile was seamless to work with. Capitec Business Bank is anything but.

And once again today the banking platform is offline and their services unavailable.

I have no idea how Capitec maintains the share price that it does because you can’t even provide a reliable basic service.

Send your I.T team on an indefinite holiday and return the platform to Mercantile which was actually a Business Bank.
