Capitec Business All the empty promises.

Last year I filed a complaint that I cannot do immediate transactions after 6 at night. All banks in the world allow it but only capitec Business doesn't. After the complaint was filed I was contacted and said it would be resolved urgently but I need to add to my complaint that it was resolved which I have done. Its almost a year later and I still can't make immediate payments. I am a business owner and it is imperative for me to make payments any time of the day or night. I have a medical condition that causes severe dizziness and many times I need to transact any time during the night but it does not seem Capitec care too much for their customers. Please don't phone me unless this is resolved.

I will not remove this comment until this has been resolved. This is pathetic. Don't promise something to save your reputation if you don't plan to follow through. It breaks trust.
