Capitec Business accounts are pathetic

I am a Capitec account holder and the service from my personal account is fantastic. I however also have a Capitec business acc and that is pathetic. I have been trying to close the account since June with no luck. I do not even get an acknowledgement that they have received my account. They send me emails to say it is now dormant but do not respond to the instruction to close it. You can only do it online so if there is no response how do i do that>
