Capitec Business Account does not promote business growth

I have been requesting Capitec Business bank to add a user/admin on my business account to have full admin rights which is a requirement when getting financial funding from a funding institution. 3 days later I am still waiting, yet they are able to open a business account for you in 30 minutes

The point of your bank is to assist you in making profit yet with Capitec they delay you from making profit by dragging their feet in terms of turnaround time. This puts you at a loss and in business time is money.
