Capitec Business account Blocked

I have never been so frustrated in my life. My Capitec business account was blocked because of some funds i received. I called them and they told me to submit an affidavit and other stuff. I did and for weeks now, i’ve been trying to get hold of them. The investigator of the case “ Thandi Moeti” has been out of reach. It’s like getting my account fixed isn’t a priority as they claim. My calls are always getting hung up, i call EVERYDAY, It’s very frustrating because I really don’t know what to do now. My Capitec business account is blocked and I can’t use it for anything and it’s causing a big strain on my business. This bank is a joke honestly.
