Capitec Business - a BS establishment

The level of mediocrity at Capitec Business is just out of this world. I have been waiting for outcomes from their "investigation" for months, and everytime I call, I get totally different responses. The lies from the consultants are just so disgusting. How long does it really take to resolve a simple case here?
