Capitec Business

I have received funds from my cousin for the second time from New Zealand. Why the hell do I have to print a 4 page form, then fill it in and scan it back to you?! I don't even understand this thing. Last year, I had waited 2 weeks because of struggling. Here isn't a Capitec or Capitec Business where I live. Last years I was in Cape Town and went to Tygervalley for help. I'm now in Moorreesburg. I don't have other income and need to buy food. I just feel like I should just close this account because it causes me too much unnecessary inconvenience and stress man.
