Capitec Business

Withheld Funds on FW Safaris Account ***) Francis Engelbrecht, owner of FW Safaris, am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service and withholding of funds on our Capitec Business Account (Account No. ***). Capitec email, informing me that there were concerns about suspicious activity on the card machine. I explained that our American clients had hunted with us and were making payments using their American bank cards. As is standard with many international transactions, they had to contact their bank to authorize the payments, after which the transactions were successfully completed. With every card transaction Capitec are withholding the funds and won't release the funds into my Business Account. I submitted proof of address pictures of our operations, Invoices our website and after all this nothing has bee paid out.
