It's taking me the whole day to get someone to tell me when they will send me forms to complete for them to release forex funds received yesterday. I had to phone them after I received POP indicating they received funds yesterday. Since morning all I got was yes we can see we received the money yesterday but we don't know why you did not get a notification with the form for the funds to be released to your account.
