Capitec - bullying continues

During November for 2019 I posted a review of Capitec Bank. After the review a representative of Capitec contacted me, promising that the will resolve my problem. To date they did not do anything. They only instructed another debt collecting company to get the outstanding amount. I explained to any and every one that contacted me, I just want a statement that shows why I owe them the money they claim. The last representative that contacted me even demanded that I send them my bank statement, that they can see where they deducted the amount double. I am not sure about the privacy of information, but I am not going to send my Company's bank statement to any employee of a bank that asks for it. Every time I request the statement of my account I get I different answer. I really want this issue resolved. I am not going to pay anything until Capitec can show me why I owe them the money continues
