Capitec bree taxi rank

Am not happy with the service i have receive from the capitec branch next to bree taxi rank. I went to the branch to do card replacement i was around 13:15 there was no ques in the branch the was 2 staff assisting the customer which i was the next customer, i have to wait for more than 40 minute to get assist which i have to complain to one of the staff which i do see staff chating,i only got assistant@14:00 which it cant be right my ticket number was (43 transaction) this can't be right
