CAPITEC BLUFF USELESS BRAINLESS **** SHOW

My bank card was cloned and when I went in to the bank the guy handing out tickets says I need to stop the card, when I go in the lady says I need an active account, I came in with an active card why should I now pay for a card . Capitec is useless. The manager is useless she shouldn't be working there she is unfriendly and full of **** I am a customer I pay youlls salary. Send that useless manager and consult for training if not replace her. I am truly dissatisfied with youlls work and process. They do not even have name badges on. what kind of clown company is this. her name is Celeste I got it before I left, useless unhelpful.
