CAPITEC BLOCKS MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

<p>im extremely dissapointed with capitec, ive banking with them for years but on monday i tried accessing my account via mobile and internet banking and found that i couldnt access any accounts. i called in to customer service and was told my acc was blocked due to deposit ****s. this was shocking to me so i went immediately to my branch, i was then told a few people called in to complain they paid me but never got a service and as a result capitec blocked my account. when i asked who this people are so i can at least get in touch with them to resolve the matter or find out if someone is just being malicious i was told they cant give me that info!!! this is completely unacceptable. they then told me at the branch i need to bring in an affidavit and emails or anything showing why people are paying money to me, this i did on wednesday at my branch and they scanned it to the ***** dept. ive been calling since wednesday to find out whats happening then i get told my account might not get unblocked!! its month end and i cant access my money in my account which is causing me major problems. i need to have this sorted out ASAP as i feel that i should have at least been notified of exactly who reported this and why so it could be dealt with swiftly. i need my money released to me immediately as i feel i want to close this account. i just called capitec once again and my ref i got was ***5, i also called the branch again and spoke to Ashika who says all she can do is call to follow up but not much more, i need this sorted ASAP!!!!!!!!</p>
