capitec blocks account without case number , just by anothers he said

MY NAME IS BRENDA , i am extremely disappointed in my bank Capitec they have put a block onto my account , stating *****, aswell as blocked my discovery back account. this was done , without case number or anything.

basically i sell all new things from auction, and have been for long time. never had any problems until now , i sold something to someone , and he paid the money into my account , there was a delay in sending the item, as i wasn't told that it was already sold to someone else by the the owner , and there for had too try see if i could get another one , or refund the client . i informed the client to please be patient, will get back to him asap. he started threatening me ect, so i basically said i didn't want to do business with him and that i would refund him, once i was able to ,

the client started getting ugly with me and said im going to report you to my bank, i said do what you want. next day i go into my account and im unable to do anything , then i find out a ***** case has been opened.

firstly i want to know , how does Capitec take his word for it, without a case number or anything , why can they not inform me and get my side of the story. they also phone my other bank and block me there, so they are making me feel like a ********. i have been banking with Capitec bank for over 10 years , and they do this to me .

there is also also something my finance reported , as he wasn't aware what it was, but later when asking me ,forgot that i had asked him and as i have access to his accounts , we resolved it , seems like that is also a reason for capitec blocking my account. ( this one i could understand ) but still nothing has been communicated to me.

HOW DO YOU BLOCK AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT A CASE NUMBER , ( I CAN CALL TOMORROW AND SAY ....EG PIET THAT I PAID FOR A SERVE, DID ***** ON MY ACCOUNT. ) MEANWHILE I PAID INTO HIS ACCOUNT FOR A SERVICE THAT Was rendered, but cause we had a disagreement , now i can get all his stuff blocked, as I'm cross with him.

2. NO COMMUNICATION WITH ME. 3. BLOCKING MY OTHER BANK ACCOUNT AND MAKING ME LOOK LIKE A ********. IM A MOTHER AND I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY , DONT APPRECIATE BEING MADE A FOOL OF .

I will not be banking anymore with Capitec due to this, once it is sorted , i will make sure i close my account with them, as this is not fair, i am loosing business as i cant pay my ads , that means no clients, its a huge loose
