CAPITEC BLOCKING INNOCENT PEOPLE ACCOUNTS!!!! Do NOT BANK WITH CAPITEC!!!

For the 3rd time now my Ex-fiance has without ANY effort, managed to get Capitec to close my account!!!!!!! On Wednesday, 14 JULY 2021, the consultant by the name of KIM, admitted that this is once again a CIVIL matter, however they continue to entertain Mr A PRINSLOO, ID number: ***, who now has even gone as far as registering his account with Capitec as DR A PRINSLOO. He has never been a doctor of ANY kind. To others he is presenting himself as an "UNDER COVER" police official working with the HAWKS....when will you end this madness????? I am sick and self-isolating as I most likely have COVID. CAPITEC requires AGAIN an AFFIDAVID stating that I am me, that I am innocent and GOD knows what ridiculousness else.... I have once again done nothing wrong and I advise anyone doing business with Capitec to go elsewhere. How slow can a organization be? Mr A Prinsloo is: a) Using drugs and I can show on his account that he has spent at least R50K in that manner b) He is now homeless, due to his own actions c) He is a mental case that needs medical attention d) He lies uncontrollably and uses his stories of working with crime intelligence as a way to get what he wants e) He has no income since he has not worked a single day in the last 5 years. f) He is a ******** and a very sick person g) He has been assaulted by the people on the street due to his arrogance, not because he has been working on some ******* gun smuggling case.

CAPITEC has no sense of right and wrong and their systems are a complete failure!!! I have contacted the Forensic Dept 4 x this week and have had not even 1 call back.
