Capitec Blocking Account On Payday No Acess To Salary

Extremely angry with the service I received, I've been using Capitec as my main account for just over a year, my salary is deposited on the 27th every month, today I received my salary as per usual and proceeded to make transactions in the morning, I then went to town to fill up my tank I thereafter tried to pay and my card kept declining , when I checked my app no balances were showing

I had to call and borrow money to pay for my petrol on payday ,,very embarrassing 😡😡 I then went to the branch to get assistance when I arrived they told me they are not sure why the account was stopped but its showing "*****ALENT ACTIVITY" when i asked them to elaborate on these false accusations they couldnt as they claimed not to have acess....and unfortunately there is not much they can do.

I have made 100calls to Capitec call centre today trying to get assistance.... i have not payed my bills , my debit orders are bouncing and i havent even bought any groceries for my family. It's 19h44 and I'm still waiting for assistance from Capitec.

I will definitely be moving my salary bank after this
