Capitec blocked my savings account

Hi,capitec took my money from my savings account and i cant access it,i am a builder i build houses and i got paid by the person im building a house for,after i got paid my savings account was blocked they said the money was ***** of which i do not understand. And the last time i wrote the review they still didn't give me my money back so now i dont know whatbto do coz inreally need my money please help me get all my money back
