Capitec blocked my account with reasons that doesnt make any sense

Capitec bank did me dirty.. today I received funds of r5000 and they immediately blocked my account and when I call them and ask if my account has been reported they said no and they asked me to tell the person who sent money to me to call them and confirm that they sent money so that can unblock my account.. the person called and confirmed but when I call they'll they said the person never called and after the immediately logged me out and they sent me another message that they have blocked me now I must email them proof of payment and affidavit and explain the amount I received and also state the relationship between me and the sender.. I mean silence when does i have to confirm the money sent on my account? Or is this the downfall of Capitec? Now I cant even login im so disappointed
