Capitec blocked my account for no reason

Capitec blocked my account without reason, I was asked to write affidavit stating where do I receive funds from and where they are going and I did just that and they have access on my account I don't understand how they don't see where I get funds from and going where, on the 1st I have car insurance, car installment,tracker, rent,kid transport fees that must debit, I don't know what to do 😢😢😢
