Capitec blocked my account after my dad sent me money

Writing on behalf of my brother since he's not privilege to technology. Capitec blocked my account after my dad sent me money(50k) on August 2025. I was requested provide proof of source of sender. I provided it and in addition to that I also provided Affidavit but they decided to ignore me. I've been calling and requesting an update but none of the consultant is unable to provide with concrete feedback. I just want my money and exit Capitec for good. The matter was with Liam from Capitec but she's nowhere to be found.
