Capitec blocked my account

Capitec blocked my account for no reason When I ask the say I must do affidavit stating where do I receive funds from and they are used for what and I submitted affidavit and they told me they won't open the account, there's no reason behind that and they are ignoring me,I have expenses that must be paid by 1 February
