Capitec blocked account

I'm not happy with capitec bank my account got blocked for nothing I know about someone reported my account which I know nothing about but my account is blocked I'm not happy with capitec at all I won't recommend this bank to anyone at all......

Good day my capitec is open but I can't use my card I can't withdraw and my account is removed the person who reported transferred 100 by mistake I refunded it please open my account and get my account back capitec account *** Shadi matlala

Capitec is just a shame business this days I'm not happy they said my account was opened but to my surprise I couldn't even withdraw please fix this before you loose customers this does not look good on capitec bank at all please open my account capitec account *** Shadi matlala
