Capitec blocked account

I had an incident last month when someone sent money to my account without my knowledge and he called asking me to send it back as it was sent by mistake and I did so. A few days later I was due to receive my stipend of which it was paid to my account but I could not access it, my account was blocked. I went to the bank they said I should wait for a message from capitec which I never received..... The whole of November I had NOTHING. AGAIN, end of November I got my second stipend paid into my account and I still can't access my money.... There's no communication from the bank, absolutely NOTHING😭😭😭😭😭 I am struggling to even provide for my child.... I am the one suffering yet I did report the matter to the bank💔💔💔💔
